Drumatrix Consulting is not built on theory. It is built on years of real project work: complex business systems, demanding stakeholders, enterprise delivery, reporting needs, workflow modernization, and the practical challenge of helping people use technology well.

My professional background began long before Power Platform became the center of my work. I spent more than two decades in IT consulting and project delivery, including many years with Cardinal Solutions Group and Insight Enterprises. During that time, I supported enterprise clients across utilities, financial services, construction, manufacturing, nonprofit technology, and public-sector environments.

That experience shaped how I approach every solution today. I do not start with screens, reports, or automation. I start with the business problem. Who needs the information? Where is the process breaking down? What manual work is slowing the team down? What does leadership need to see? What will make the final solution easier to use after the project is complete?

Over the years, I have served as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Solutions Lead, Delivery Manager, Change Manager, and technical project leader. Those roles taught me how to work with executives, business users, technical teams, vendors, analysts, and field teams—often under pressure and often with incomplete information.

Today, that background comes together through Drumatrix Consulting: business-first Power Platform development focused on Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, and practical process improvement.
